With a UK Honours degree or NARIC recognised degree in a relevant discipline, a strong awareness of contemporary developments within the Construction Sector and relevant industrial and/or professional experience you will teach on construction Pearson Higher National and the Lancaster University validated Bachelor of Science with Honours programmes in the School of Business, Health and Technology.
A specialism in Quantity Surveying or Project Management within the construction sector and experience of contributing to learning, teaching and assessment would be an advantage. Advanced CAD and Microsoft Project skills are also desirable.
