The Employability Officer will be central to engaging students in careers and employability services and events via various channels of promotion and liaison.
The successful candidate may have a background in career development, marketing, or other roles that have involved engaging groups of students in positive ways. He/She will have a track record of relationship building, planning and organisational skills and using own initiative to deliver high quality work.
This post is a full-time (40 hours), 5 days [Monday-Saturday with one weekday off in lieu.

The post holder will also arrange workshops, employer events, information presentations and work with relevant student media - including engaging with the Students' placement. Working across the College within the Faculty of all departments the Employability Officer will work as part of a team to deliver general high-level administrative support and will be encouraged to contribute to the development of new initiatives and developments. The role also involves individual work with students, liaison with employers and flexibility will be required to handle the variety of activities involved.
Qualifications Required
At least a bachelor degree with exceptional communication skills and good knowledge of Social Media communication.
