Children's University Project Lead

We have 2 established University Centres in the DN Colleges Group - University Campus North Lincolnshire (in Scunthorpe) and University Centre Doncaster. We currently have around 2.200 Higher Education students enrolled on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes; this is expected to increase to 2,500 next year across the 2 campuses.

We work with the University of Lincoln, University of Hull and Sheffield Hallam University as awarding bodies and have a rapidly developing portfolio of Higher and Degree Apprenticeship provision.

The University Centre Doncaster is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified person to lead the Doncaster Children's University. The successful candidate will have a degree in a subject related to children's development and learning and a good understanding of key issues and priorities regarding social mobility in Doncaster. Graduate-level research skills are an essential requirement for this post, along with excellent skills in analysing and evaluating the progress and impact of projects. You will be required to meet with stakeholders ranging from Headteachers and Civil Servants to parents and children, and so will require complex and subtle communication skills across a range of stakeholders.
