This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a first-class professional with a proven track record of success in teaching Food and Beverage Service / Hospitality.

The successful applicant will be expected to prepare, teach and assess full time students in the Catering and Hospitality Department, as well as contributing to the administration and review of the existing programme of study.

The successful applicant will be required to teach for six hours every Friday throughout the academic year.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the subject, able to create stimulating learning activities that engage, motivate and develop learners, whilst encouraging independence and learner autonomy. A recognised teaching qualification and current, relevant, industrial experience are highly desirable.

The college's student-centred approach to teaching and learning means you will need good classroom management skills and the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately at all levels. Additionally, as a member of a hard working team, a flexible approach with a desire to share good practice and contribute fully to the day-to-day life of the College is essential.
