SGS College’s Wellbeing Department have an exciting opportunity for an Education and Wellbeing Mentor. We wish to appoint an enthusiastic, supportive and skilled individual to join our team. If you have experience of supporting people with barriers to learning, who are or maybe at risk of significant harm, or who may be difficult to engage, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for a motivated, flexible and patient individual, who is able to use their initiative and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work collaboratively with teaching and support staff, and external agencies to ensure learner retention, achievement and progression. You will need to have at least 3 years’ pastoral experience of working with young people and/or vulnerable adults.
