Level 2 Apprentice Customer Service Assistant

Level Two Apprenticeship Rates are age dependent:
(16yrs to 17yrs) £4.51 per hour or £8,701 PA
(18yrs to 20yrs) £6.31 per hour or £12,173 PA
(21yrs to 24yrs) £7.86 per hour or £15,163 PA
(25+yrs) £8.21 per hour or £15,839 PA
We are seeking an Apprentice customer service assistant to work with our experienced Adult, Community and ESOL Department based at our Enfield Centre on Roundhay Road. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service to our students, on reception and during face to face enrolments, and other stakeholders, we would love to meet you.
The role requires you to have:
- Good organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and multi task
- IT skills and willingness to learn new skills
- Good Customer service
This is a fixed term contract 15 months
37 hours over 5 days, including one evening.
