Level Two Apprenticeship Rates are age dependent:

(16yrs to 17yrs)  £4.51 per hour or £8,701 PA

(18yrs to 20yrs) £6.31 per hour or £12,173 PA

(21yrs to 24yrs) £7.86 per hour or £15,163 PA

(25+yrs) £8.21 per hour or £15,839 PA

The 50 plus strong Student Recruitment and Marketing Department is located in central Leeds with easy access to the train station and the customer experience teams are located at various sites throughout Luminate education group partners.

You will be part of a team of Student Recruitment team whose main focus will be to deal with a number of different questions and queries while supporting our student journey from application to enrolment.

Below are the just some of the tasks your typical day will be filled with:

  • Support the student Recruitment and Admissions potential student experience in terms of an efficient and streamlined process for all stages of recruitment with a strong focus on conversion of enquires to enrolment.
  • Be the first point of contact for potential students, including Application and course enquiries.
  • Offer Matrix standard of advice and guidance to potential students, attending external events across the region – including evenings and weekends.
  • Process applications including tracking student applications and ringing, texting and emailing students and ensure all offers have been made to potential students.
