Most importantly, do you like helping people and organisations to succeed?
If so, you might make an ideal Learning and Organisation Development Officer. This role has a range of responsibilities, from the delivery of our core services (providing advice and assistance with staff development activities) to the development of organisation improvement initiatives (e.g. engagement and wellbeing, induction, appraisals, and much more).
When our team solves one challenge we swiftly move on to another, so this role is perfect for anyone with an enthusiastic, solutions focused attitude who likes to flex their problem solving skills.
Our team sits within the larger HR and OD department. We are a highly collaborative department, supporting one another on a wide array of projects. This makes the role perfect for anyone who wants to get involved in a broad range of HR and OD activities, and it offers opportunities for both skill development and career progression.
