Programme Tutor Digital Technologies

The Digital and Creative Industries department is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and extremely versatile programme tutor in Digital Technologies. The Candidate should be qualified to at least Degree level or similar. Industrial experience in the Digital Technologies sector is a distinct advantage. Applicants should also possess a level 4 teaching qualification.

It is essential that the candidates possess a comprehensive skills set and can be flexible in their teaching, inspiring students to achieve success. The candidate will have a very broad knowledge of computer science subjects and skills in computer games development. Candidates should also be equipped to teach programming languages i.e.  C++, Python, C#. The successful candidate must be able to teach across a range of courses at levels 1, 2 and 3.  

Experience of assessment and quality assurance practises would be desirable.
