Part Time Maths Tutor x 2 posts - £27.54 per hour – Start September 2019 – various days and hours

The role:

We are looking for well-motivated, enthusiastic and experienced qualified maths teacher to join our Basic Skills Team to deliver Functional Skills mathematics from Entry Level 2 to level 2 and GCSE (1-9) across our three centres.

About you:

• You must be a good team player with the ability to help learners achieve high levels of success.
• You will be able to deliver a range of mathematical subjects across all level and be able to demonstrate an awareness of the new Functional Skills (2019) syllabus.
• You will have a keenness to be innovative in the delivery of teaching, learning, and assessment, including the use of online resources and e-learning products designed to support leaners.
• Experience of teaching maths to non-native speakers (ESOL learners) is desirable, although not essential and experience of teaching adults is a must.
