Invigilator

City of Bristol College is one of the largest further and higher education colleges in the UK.  We are seeking individuals to join our team of Invigilators to conduct successful and compliant examinations across our four centres spread across the City. 

We are looking for invigilators for all of our sites, but in particular at South Bristol Skills Academy, Hengrove.

Exams range from those delivered onscreen to traditional paper-based, from entry level to degree level and are delivered to students in group sizes ranging from individuals through to large groups of up to 500 at once in a single venue.

City of Bristol College engages with learners of all ages and backgrounds, including 16 to 18-year-olds, adult learners, apprentices, higher education students and international students.

Whilst familiarity with / understanding of formal examination processes and knowledge of invigilation procedures is desirable - it is not essential as full training will be provided.

This role is available on a flexible basis throughout the year.

Examinations timetables run anytime from 9am to 9pm and we welcome applications from people who can work evenings, daytimes or both - and are able to work across all centres or specific centres - with a good level of IT literacy.
