HE Lecturer Business/Leadership

We are searching for proactive lecturers who are passionate about teaching business, enterprise, leadership and management. We are looking for qualified HE lecturers to teach on our Foundation and BA (Hons) programmes in Business, Enterprise & Management and Leadership & Management programmes (Levels 4, 5 & 6) . It is essential that you have experience of working in business, management or leadership roles so that you can bring these disciplines to life for our students. You will be involved in developing, planning and preparing inspiring and creative schemes of work, session plans, teaching & learning resources and assessments. You will teach and assess the essential knowledge, skills and understanding of business, enterprise, leadership & management to our learners. You will be responsible for recording student progress against targets and be able to motivate and inspire our learners to achieve their aspirations. Our students will need your support both from an academic and pastoral perspective. You will be supported to carry out research and scholarly activity as well as assisting us to develop future programmes. Experience of the programme validation process is therefore desirable.
