Study Support Coach, English and Maths

Keighley College is a highly successful community college, being one of the mostly rapidly improved colleges in the country. We pride ourselves on working closely with employers, the local community and other stakeholders to provide curriculum and support that meets the needs of students.

The college building is centrally located and convenient for public transport.  New in 2010 the building hosts well-resourced facilities catering for a wide range of curriculum areas.

Work is in progress to open a new Higher Education centre in 2019 which will provide innovative learning spaces to meet our growing HE offer.

We are looking to recruit a Maths and English Support Mentor to work with students in Service Professions. The aim will be to provide in class support, targeted interventions and bespoke delivery where needed. A flexible approach and the ability to adapt to the needs of the students are essential. A highly organised person who can manage their own workload and prioritise where needed. To complete support plans and paperwork in a timely manner to ensure that the appropriate funding is claimed
