Reporting to the Vice Principal (Finance and Corporate Services) you will manage all aspects of the Facilities and Estates function. You will also deputise for the Vice Principal (Finance and Corporate Services) regarding Estates matters, and be responsible for the day-to-day running, maintenance and development of the College’s Estate.
This will include compliance with Health & Safety of the Estate, managing and planning of works and the execution of projects and supervising external contractors. You will also be responsible for preparing, monitoring and delivering the annual estates budget.
