Chef Manager

Leeds City College is one of the UK’s largest FE establishments with around 1400 employees and over 17,400 students. Working hours will be across Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as required. 

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Chef Manager to work within our Student Cafes. You will be responsible for preparing innovative menu dishes and achieving budgets.   Ambitious and commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day to day business, you'll maximize the performance of your team of 5, leading by example and setting high standards, enhance sales and provide our customers with a high standard of Catering and deliver excellent customer service.
