Description
Working at our modern, well-connected Cranford Campus, this leadership role will see you developing and implementing innovative ways of improving business responsiveness.
As the Head of Quality Assurance & Enhancement you will be able to motivate and influence a wide range of stakeholders and use lateral thinking to resolve issues. You will lead on external reviews and audits as well as being a key person for college business partnerships. We are looking for someone who has substantial experience at a senior level of quality assurance and enhancement in UK higher education including experience of managing internal and external audits such as OfS annual statistical returns using appropriate customised software. Persons with extensive knowledge of DAP application processes will be desirable.

Minimum Requirements
We are aiming at attracting existing holders of similar post and with extensive knowledge of OfS regulatory audits to fill up this position. This we consider as being the minimum requirements for you to apply. Hence, unless your are an accomplished leader in a similar position at a recognised UK HE institution regrettably, we would not be able to encourage you to apply for this position.
