You will:

  • Lead the continued development of the College as an inclusive learning environment which supports all learners.
  • Lead the development of Additional Support Services in the College, working with other managers to ensure the effective delivery of additional support where and when it is required and as resources permit.
  • Working closely with the Access and Progression Manager, the Personal Development Adviser Team, and with the Transitions Co-ordinator ensuring that learners have a high quality learning experience and that the provision of support is appropriate to their needs.
