Estates Contract Co-ordinator

We are seeking to appoint a Estates Contract Co-ordinator to work as part of the Estates team. The position will be responsible for initiating, developing and managing systems to provide administration support to the Estates department. The successful applicant will hold a NVQ Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent and have a minimum of 3 years previous similar administration experience ideally within a technical environment.

All successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure and barring service check and children and adults barred list checks where the applicant will be employed in a regulated activity.
