We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to take ownership of our Adult, Employer and Apprenticeships campaigns within our new marketing business partner role. You will take ownership of the marketing support of these dynamic and growing areas. You will drive each campaign, working closely with associated curriculum and delivery teams to ensure flexible and effective support in meeting their ambitious targets.
As a Marketing Business Partner your role will include events, database marketing, advertising campaigns and stakeholder management and would suit someone looking for a creative role working in a fun and innovative team.

As the successful candidate you will have:
- A CIM, IDM or other relevant marketing qualification – or be willing to work towards.
- A range of experience in a communications or marketing environment.
- Significant experience in leading marketing campaigns.
- The ability to write strong, engaging content for multiple audiences.
- Knowledge of social media, PR processes and email software.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience engaging with internal stake holders and senior management.
