Level 3 Apprenticeship Rates are age related:

16yrs to 17yrs   £4.65 p/hr or £8,971 pa 
18yrs to 20yrs   £6.45 p/hr or £12,443 pa
21yrs to 24yrs   £8.00 p/hr or £15,433 pa
25yrs+               £8.21p/hr or £15,839 pa

The 50 plus strong Student Recruitment and Marketing Department is located in central Leeds and operates across key brands within Luminate Education Group, with easy access to the train station.

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Marketing Account Executive with agency or client side experience to join a fast growing and exciting marketing department who work across Luminate Education Group.

The marketing team operate in a similar fashion to an agency and has huge ambitions to develop and grow. You will be a key part of this journey as we look to become market leaders in Student Recruitment and Marketing.

You'll be working as a part of their events team, supporting the marketing operations of the group across a range of market sectors and reporting to the Events facilitator. You’ll be supporting and leading on a range of diverse events and projects across Luminate Education Group including open events, graduations and awards ceremonies.

Typical tasks will include:

  • Support the events team to deliver outstanding events and projects across the diverse range of brands within Luminate Education Group.
  • Familiarising yourself with our internal clients’ businesses, their objectives and markets.
  • Work within a brief to complete necessary planning and preparation of events.
  • Liaise with suppliers and agencies to add value to events.
  • Building and maintaining your own strong, friendly and professional client and supplier relationships.
  • Managing your workload and communicating effectively with the team.
  • Evaluating all events and projects.
