Business Engagement Advisor

We are looking for an individual who has a strong record of accomplishment and can work as part of a Business Engagement Team to rapidly grow the Apprenticeship/Work Based, Full Cost and Commercial provision across key LEP priority areas at Leeds City College’s flagship Printworks Campus. The successful candidate must be solutions focused, target driven and have experience at developing strong employer relations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business leads, apprenticeship sales and working effectively with existing and prospective employers to quickly grow our work based portfolio and business areas. Candidates must therefore be able to demonstrate a strong ability to market and sell apprenticeship opportunities and services, have lots of energy, a natural can do attitude and be confident in negotiating and writing apprenticeship contracts. It is envisaged that this position will initially be aligned to sourcing business opportunities in our curriculum areas.
