Gower College Swansea is one of the largest colleges in Wales with a strong reputation for high quality teaching and learning. We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners.  We currently have a turnover of over £37 million making us a major employer in the region with approximately 1,000 staff. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates Manager to manage the Estates team, supporting the day-to-day operational management the College’s estate including FM services, reactive and planned maintenance, major projects and property management.

With previous experience of working within an Estates and Facilities Management role including managing minor capital works, you will have knowledge of best practice in facilities management. You will be qualified to degree level or have an equivalent professional qualification with chartered membership of an appropriate organisation or working towards chartered membership.

With experiencing of managing people you must have excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills, together with the ability to manage conflicting priorities, achieving co-operation and building relationships.
