VC Time-tabling Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover)

Fixed Term to 22/05/2020 (term-time only).

Perth College UHI is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI).

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic individual whose main role will be co-ordinating and scheduling the Video Conferencing (VC) teaching time-table across the entire UHI partnership. The post is ideal for those who very much enjoy the interaction working with a variety of colleagues face to face and remotely, it is therefore a given that this individual will have a pleasant manner alongside excellent communication and negotiation skills.  

The working pattern is fixed term which indicates working during term time only and does require the individual to work during day time hours however the hours are flexible and can be negotiated to fit in with other commitments.

You will ideally be educated to HNC level or equivalent, with experience in a planning and scheduling environment.  Although full training will be provided, you must be computer literate, ideally demonstrated through use of databases.
