An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Student Wellbeing Team at Nottingham College.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about health and wellbeing, with a sound understanding of both mental and physical health. You will be confident in delivering training and workshops to staff and students, which is underpinned by your experience and expertise in the field. You will be confident in running promotional events and activities across the college throughout the year, and have a good knowledge of local services to build links with.
As part of the role you will develop resources to enable students to manage their own wellbeing, build their own resilience and enhance their own lifeskills to prepare them for their next steps after college. You will also design and deliver training to staff to build their confidence in supporting students around mental health and wellbeing.
You will be a key contact in the organisation to offer advice and guidance on wellbeing support, so you will be passionate about keeping up to date on current trends and themes that impact on our students, and ways we can overcome them.
