Full time (37 hours per week)
Fixed term up to 18 months
16-17 - £4.90 per hour. Equivalent to £9,453 PA
18-20 - £6.60 per hour. Equivalent to £12,733 PA
21-24 - £7.78 per hour. Equivalent to £15,009 PA
25+ - £7.83 per hour. Equivalent to £15,105 PA
This is an exciting opportunity for a person who is looking to start a career in Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). The candidate will act as a champion for EDI and contribute to cross college projects, events and quality standards relating to EDI. The post holder must have excellent communication skills, be self motivated, and have an interest in Equality Diversity and Inclusion, plus be willing to develop project management skills through completion of a level 4 project management apprenticeship.
