Employer Services Manager

Solihull College & University Centre plays a crucial role locally and in the West Midlands region, actively embracing the employment and skills agenda to establish first class links with employers.

We wish to recruit an inspirational Manager to ensure the College is positioned to maximise the opportunities for apprenticeships, in particular those at higher level, and enhance its position as first choice training provider. In this challenging and rewarding role you will lead the College's Employer Services team, identifying opportunities for new course and apprenticeship delivery and maximising opportunities for our students to engage in work experience. You will also coordinate the administration for events in the College Conference Centre.

With proven success in working with employers and key stakeholders to respond to current and future local and regional skills requirements, you will have high levels of influencing and negotiating skills gained in an employment and skills or vocational education environment.
