Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning Facilitator. This post is based at our Blossomfield Campus but will also require work and collaboration across all Solihull College & University Campuses.

The post-holder will play a pivotal role in supporting students in achieving their learning aims, developing their digital skills and becoming independent learners. Strong communication and team working skills are essential, as the successful applicant will provide support for students and staff from all curriculum and business support departments. The successful applicant will also require strong IT skills, as they will work with the Learning Technologies Team to drive the development of Learning Technology across the College and will provide support to staff and students in the use of technology for learning, teaching and assessment.

Applicants should have experience of providing high quality customer service, strong communication and interpersonal skills and GCSEs in Maths and English. Experience of working in a Learning Centre environment would be an advantage.
