Quality Monitoring Officer
We are recruiting a Quality Monitoring Officer who will work closely with the Work Based Learning (WBL) Quality & Learning Services Co-ordinator, focusing on the use of data to support the quality improvement across our apprenticeship provision.
The post holder will also work closely with internal and external work based learning delivery partners. The primary functions will be the production, analysis and communication of data-based information to delivery partner teams, managers, and senior managers. The post holder will also be required to liaise closely with the WBL Compliance Team. A key element of the role will be to support the college self-assessment and monitoring processes.
The skills we are looking for are:
- An ability to apply numeracy skills confidently.
- Able to work to tight deadlines and produce information to a good standard.
- Have excellent spoken and written communication skills and an ability to clearly explain data concepts to others.
- Observe practice and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Very good interpersonal skills to gain verbal and written feedback from employers and apprentices.
- Work on own initiative and determine own priorities when required.
- Have excellent ICT skills – a very good knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly Word and Excel).
- Have excellent team-working skills and an ability to work confidently with a range of people at all levels within the College and externally.
- You will also have a knowledge of (or an ability to develop) the use of a range of (software) reporting packages such as Maytas, Smart Assessor, LLWR.
- Excellent organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
You will have a Level 3 qualification in Business Admin or equivalent and 5 GCSE passes (grade A-C) including English & Maths or equivalent.
