We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator to join our Apprenticeships Delivery team to provide administrative support.

You will support the Apprentice Business Systems Co-ordinator to set up and manage centralised systems and processes. You will also support monitoring and tracking of the apprentice journey from the point of entry onto the programme to end point assignment (EPA)/completion. You will provide administrative support for Smart Assessor systems, including uploading resources, creating forms and producing reports.

You must have experience of maintaining administrative and computerised systems. A Level 2 Business Administration qualification or equivalent and an IT qualification is desirable. Ideally, you will have experience of using systems such as Pro Suite and Smart Assessor.
