Due to targeted growth in our Plumbing & Gas Apprenticeship programme, we are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced plumbing and/or gas engineer to work alongside our existing Plumbing & Gas NVQ Assessor in carrying out work-based NVQ/Competence Assessments and Apprentice Reviews on an agreed caseload of trainees at various stages in their apprenticeship. The position will be for the equivalent of 2 or 3 days a week.
NVQ/Competence Assessments will be carried out for Level 2 and Level 3 Plumbing & Gas apprentices working for a range of plumbing, heating and gas employers across Herefordshire and neighbouring counties. Actual regular weekly working hours will be negotiated with the successful candidate, taking into account allocated caseload.
You will be fully trade qualified (minimum Level 3) and have relevant work/industrial experience in the plumbing and/or gas sector.
