We are now seeking to fill this challenging and rewarding role in supporting the College as we move into the third year of our merger with Uxbridge College.  Reporting to the Principal at Harrow, this post presents an excellent career opportunity for applicants who possess a robust understanding of the curriculum issues associated with vocational and GCSE, AS and A2 provision, and Higher Education contexts, specifically with regard to qualification reform and implications for portfolio planning.

The successful applicant will also line manage Heads of School drawn from a range of curriculum areas, specifically the school of SIM (Science, ICT, Media), the school of EEM (ESOL, English & Maths) and the Student Services area (HC Student Finance, Careers & Admissions).  In addition, the successful applicant will act as the strategic lead for English and Maths, tutorial & enrichment, and value-added measures at Harrow College.

We are seeking an experienced FE professional with substantial and relevant management experience across a breadth of curriculum areas.  In addition you must command excellent communication, analytical and a data focused skillset.  You should also be a good people manager able to motivate and lead your team to deliver and maintain high standards within the College.
