We are now seeking a Programme Manager for the Wine Skills Industry Training Programme to join our highly successful and growing wine division. The successful candidate will need to develop excellent links with the wine industry in order to provide appropriate, well-designed and challenging courses incorporating highly effective teaching, training, learning and assessment experiences. Part of the role will be to coordinate staff and resources, ensuring students gain excellent vocational skills and improve their personal, social and employability skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the future development of the UK’s international centre of wine excellence.

Plumpton College delivers first class wine training, teaching and research, delivering wine business and production programmes from WSET Level 2 through to Masters level. Facilities include commercial vineyards, a purpose-built wine centre with well-equipped laboratories, wine tasting room and a research winery and a commercial winery. Our high-calibre graduates gain positions of responsibility, not only in the UK, with its rapidly expanding industry developing a reputation for excellent sparkling wine, but throughout the world.

We are seeking individuals with a wine, viticulture or science related degree. You will be a professional, hardworking and confident team player with the ability to lead the development of teaching, learning and assessment across programmes and a strong desire to see students succeed in their field of study.
