Employer Workforce Development Lead

Fixed term until December 2020

Nottingham College is one of the largest further education colleges in the country creating opportunities for employment and progression to higher education for the people of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire; raising their prosperity and that of the local economy.

The college has secured funding through the European Social Fund to deliver a project that inspires people to move onto higher levels of learning. An opportunity has been created to join the project as an Employer Workforce Development Lead, supporting business to offer support to local companies to assess developmental needs, develop in-house training systems and materials, mapped to individual need and agreed staff development plans.

The post will be shortlisted against the essential and desirable criteria at application stage from the person specification.
