We are seeking to appoint a Technician to support the College’s Plumbing courses. Responsibilities will include supporting the Plumbing Lecturers in the delivery of the curriculum and supervising students in the workshop, ensuring that they comply with health and safety requirements and good workshop practice. You will also ensure that stock levels are maintained, ensure equipment is serviced regularly and that the workshop is kept safe and tidy at all times.
You will need to possess relevant experience in Plumbing together with a good understanding of health and safety requirements and the ability to communicate and work effectively with young people aged 16-19.
