We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and committed teacher of Physics to teach on our A level programme.  It is an exciting time to join the College and we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our distinctive educational setting. 

You will deliver inspiring teaching and learning to ensure all students are supported to succeed in Physics.  It would be advantageous if you could also deliver GCSE/Core mathematics.  You will prepare and plan innovative and effective lessons, monitor the performance of students against Alps target grades and provide effective intervention strategies to ensure the success of all students.  You should also be able to contribute to the teaching of Physics on our International Foundation Programme and Cambridge Technical Lab Skills at Level 3.

You will have relevant, successful experience of teaching both years of A Level Physics in a post-16 setting.  You must be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate students with varied teaching and learning strategies.  You should demonstrate outstanding practice regarding teaching and learning.  A relevant degree (or equivalent) and a teaching qualification are essential requirements for this post.
