Accounts Receivables Clerk (x2)

About the role:
We are looking for two Accounts Receivables Clerks on a fixed-term basis to provide support to the Accounts Receivables Supervisor through the management and control of the college's accounts receivable and credit control processes. One position is for 35 hours per week and the other is 24.5 hours per week.
You should have previous experience in a general accounts receivable role with a good understanding of policies and procedures that relate to accounts receivable, credit control, debt recovery, sundry income and banking. An appreciation and understanding of generic computerised accounts receivable and debt management systems is desirable. We are looking for someone who has the ability to plan and monitor one's own workload, to ensure that deadlines are met and communicate effectively with employees across all levels of the college, as well as students and external organisations.
