About the role:

The Centre for Business, Arts and Technology (CBAT) at City and Islington College are seeking an ambitious, results orientated, leader to manage the School of Enterprise. The post holder will report to the Deputy Director of Centre and will be responsible for a cohort of 500 students and the line management of a team of lecturers and curriculum leaders in the delivery of Business courses at Level 1, 2, 3 & 4. The School of Enterprise is a growth area and benefits from exciting links with major employers across London.  

About you:

You will provide the leadership and direction for teaching and learning and the delivery of an innovative and visionary curriculum.  You will have the drive and skills required to develop and launch new programmes that will complement and enhance our existing curriculum offer.  An eagerness to explore ideas for closer collaboration with the other Schools in this Centre would be favoured.  It is essential that you are a qualified and experienced teacher with an excellent knowledge of a Business/Enterprise curriculum and have proven experience in leading and motivating teaching teams to deliver excellent results for students.
