Are you hands on project manager that would be interested in managing a large transformation project?

This fantastic job role is an opportunity for you have an immediate impact. Working within Commercial team (full of subject specialists) tasked to drive the business forward; you will play a key role in the Study Group online strategy by managing the large transformation project. In this autonomous job role, you’ll use all of your project management expertise to drive change by taking areas of the business online, giving more students from around the world a chance to gain a UK higher education.

This is a huge project that will transform the business. You’ll work with an array of different people, get to travel, and most importantly you’ll be making a truly positive impact on global education. We can be flexible with location, as long as there is a willingness to travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Manager, your journey with us will start by you taking ownership of our online transformation project and the online learning strategy. We are looking for you to adopt hands on project management approach, ensuring that the communication to the business is regular and accurate. You’ll drive the transformation project forward ensuring that work streams are progressing, compliance is upheld, and progress reports are delivered to the business. There will be a variety of stakeholders to manage, both internal and externally, so you’ll be expected to build and develop relationships that ensure an effect delivery of the projects.

EXPERIENCE

  • You will be a proven Project Manager with experience managing a variety of large and small transformation projects.
  • You’ll be experienced in managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders, and will have the confidence and communication skills to work effectively with senior management.
  • If you’ve had experience in the Education sector managing online transformation projects then this would be highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience working in the commercial sector would also be desirable.
