Industry Placement Team Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of "industry support officers" to identify our students' skills, interests and aspirations in order to match them to appropriate work placements, and support both the student and employer throughout the placement to ensure it is a success for all stakeholders. This will include coordinating the development of resources to support students, employers and curriculum to fully engage in placements, and monitoring and reporting on the progress of placements. The post holder will be responsible for the line management of the industry placement team, allocating caseloads, and producing reports for departmental and wider college purposes. The post holder needs to be able to develop excellent working relationships with students, employers and colleagues, be understanding of students' needs, and have excellent leadership skills.
