Business Engagement Officer
Leeds City College is one of the UK’s largest FE establishments with around 1400 employees and over 17,400 students. Offering a diverse curriculum within a vibrant and multicultural learning environment, our goal is to deliver excellent and innovative education which supports and inspires every student to achieve their ambitions.
This is an exciting opportunity to engage with employers from a wide variety of sectors in order to source work experience placement opportunities for our students. This will include contributing to the development of an employer engagement plan to build and maintain employer relationships and attending networking and other employer events to promote the college. The post holder needs excellent interpersonal and communication skills which they can adapt to a variety of business environments, the ability to work under pressure to meet targets, and understanding of the needs of a range of stakeholders.
