As a lecturer you will be part of a Curriculum team and will be required to teach across a range of Childcare courses at a variety of levels. You will also be expected to share in the development and progress of the curriculum within the Centre to meet the demands of the Childcare sector and local employers.
What we are looking for:
You should have a relevant Level 4 or above qualification or professional equivalent, and a recognised teaching qualification. You will need relevant experience of working in a Childcare setting and knowledge and experience of current practice. You should also have experience of working with 16-19 age group in a Further Education Setting. Experience of internal quality assurance is desirable.
