About the role:
CCCG is the largest College Group in London and the SE representing three exceptional Colleges and a training arm. The role of the Events Coordinator will be to develop and implement a proactive timetable of internal and external recruitment and reputation of building events responding to the needs of internal and external stakeholders. The role will cover events for all brands within the group including high profile award ceremonies, celebrations and corporate events.
About you:
You will need to have experience of working with a variety of stakeholders in order to successfully deliver events, alongside demonstrable experience of successful event coordination with large organisations. Experience of collecting and managing data to inform planning and promoting events in order to assure high attendance is key. Project management and effective communications skills are essential along with a passionate, enthusiastic and flexible approach to ensure the job is completed to a high standard
