The Role

As a lecturer you will be part of a curriculum team, contributing to the growth and development of the Health and Social Care programmes within the Technical Centre.  This includes focusing on retention, achievement and student success alongside pastoral support, curriculum design/development and ensuring a high standard of quality provision is offered. 

What we are looking for

You should possess a relevant level 4 or above Health and Social Care qualification and a recognised teaching qualification. Experience of working in a Health and Social Care setting and of delivering qualifications on Health and Social Care courses is also essential. You must have the ability to motivate and inspire students with innovative materials developed by yourself. Experience of leading on Health and Social Care courses is desirable.
