This is an exciting new role, reporting to the Information Services & Reporting Manager. We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and well-motivated individual, who possesses appropriate qualifications and/or relevant experience in data management processes and in producing reports from information systems. An understanding of the further/higher education sectors’ data and funding requirements would be an advantage.

This role would ideally suit an organised and committed individual who is interested in pursuing a career in education sector and has a background in IT systems. You will need a good understanding of how both systems work and operate in a busy and dynamic FE College.

It is essential that the successful applicant possesses working knowledge and experience of using SQL Server and Microsoft Reporting Services. Working experience of Visual Basic/VBA, Oracle PL/SQL, XML, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Visual Studio, SSIS and Power BI would also be desirable.

You will be required to check that processes and standards are in place to identify, analyse, control, improve, monitor and report on data quality issues.
