We are looking for a permanent HR Business Partner to join our employee relations team. You’ll work within a wider team of business partners and be allocated to a number of departments and service areas to support. You’ll use your relationship building skills to ensure you deliver excellent customer service to provide advice and guidance that is consistent with current employment legislation and good employment practice. You’ll already be CIPD qualified to level 5 and have demonstrable experience of dealing with high volume and wide ranging ER casework. You’ll have strong knowledge of current employment law and be confident advising managers on supporting an employee back to work, or a complex disciplinary or grievance investigation. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to bring fresh ideas to drive change in our HR practices. This role will enable you to gain a greater depth of experience across the varied HR specialisms including Organisational Development and Recruitment, which will stand you in good stead for progressing into a Senior HR Business Partner role within the team. The role will involve some delivery of training and travel across the various sites supported within the Luminate Education Group.
