Workshop Manager

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Workshop Manager to join our Machinery, Metalwork & Motor Vehicle team. The Machinery groups cover Land based Technology related courses including Agricultural Machinery and Equipment. The Metalsmiths are involved with Blacksmithing, Welding & Jewellery and the Motor Vehicle Technology involves subject areas related to the motor industry                          

Working in liaison with the Curriculum Manager & workshop team to manage and maintain the college workshops, machinery and engineering equipment to a high and safe standard in order to support the provision of high quality teaching and learning.             

The ideal candidate will possess a range of industry specific qualifications related to our subject areas and it will be beneficial to have had several years work experience within this sector. This is an opportunity to join a progressive team in a role covering a wide range of subject areas.
