The HR Adviser – Equality, Diversity & Inclusion is responsible for providing a proactive, timely, professional and comprehensive advisory service with a focus on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion to Perth College UHI.

Provide a strategic and operational equality, diversity and inclusion service to both the staff and student bodies and ensure the college meets all legal and reporting obligations. Ensure managers are provided with professional advice and guidance in line with college and policies, best practice and current legislation. 

Support the college team to ensure that equality, diversity and inclusion is at the heart of the College’s ethos and is mainstreamed within its strategies, policies, procedures and practices.

The post holder will support the development, implementation and evaluation of equality outcomes that will meet equality duties arising from the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty.

The post holder will be the subject matter specialist and point of contact for all equality, diversity and inclusion matters in the college.
