Learning Support Assistant

Supporting access to learning for learners in further education. To work alongside teachers in the management of learners' social interaction and achievement, while ensuring the learners' safety at all times. 

About you:

You will have appropriate experience and qualifications reflecting a strong background in supporting learners. You will possess a Level 2 qualification or above in English and Maths. You will have a good working knowledge of Safe Guarding in an educational environment. You must have the ability to communicate with students and to motivate and support them in their studies.
