Part Time Community Office Administrator
Location: Primarily Blossomfield Campus
Hours: Monday, Tuesday (5.20pm finish) and Wednesday morning
We are seeking an administrator to join our Adult Skills and Community Office Administrative team. Acting as a point of contact for customers you will undertake general administration tasks, and be responsible for the administration of key aspects of the office function.
You will have experience of using Microsoft Office packages; in particular Word, Outlook and Excel, teamed with excellent customer service, effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully multitask under pressure and work on own initiative in a busy environment.
