We are seeking to appoint a Plumber/Fitter to drive forward the maintenance of all parts to the College Estate. The post holder will work for a multifaceted Estates Department and be an intricate member of the department.
The post holder will adopt a flexible approach to working hours and be responsible for delivering the day to day maintenance and servicing tasks for the heating and plumbing systems plus general works to maintain the College Estate.
The successful candidate will possess a good standard of verbal and written English communications, excellent interpersonal skills, have experience of working with plumbing and heating systems and general maintenance tasks. You will also have practical knowledge of Health and Safety and experience in working as part of a team that delivers a high level of customer service.
There will be opportunities for you to expand your knowledge and experience by working with our existing team and training attendance.
